Have a cuppa tea and plant a tree
A helping hand
To ensure our precious green spaces remain as nature intended we need to hold out a helping hand to mother nature now and then.
Help me to buy cell saplings and young trees to be planted on a charity run estate in Patterdale, Ullswater.
The Estate
Patterdale Hall Estate is a 220 acre private estate, located near Glenridding, amongst breath-taking Lake District scenery. Wrapped around the southern tip of Ullswater, one of England’s most beautiful lakes.
The team on the Estate love the landscape and are actively working to preserve and enhance its beauty and ensure wildlife can thrive.
Every stay at the Estate helps to support YMCA; who work to transform the lives of young people in the North East.
The have a cuppa tea and plant a tree campaign is a joint venture between Mycreativeiamges and The Estate.
Each mug that is purchased will fund 3 sapling trees that will be nurtured by the Estate until they are of sufficient size to plant.
The Mugs
Each mug is lovingly hand printed using professional quality sublimation inks to “bake” photographs taken on or around the estate, by James Hurley of Mycreativeimages, onto chunky 11oz mugs which are perfect for a piping hot cuppa tea (or coffee).
The mug provides a constant reminder of why we all love this part of Ullswater and shows 3 stunning photographs, one of Waterfall Wood Walk, another from the Boat Hire centre and finally a view from Side Farm looking back to Patterdale and Glenridding.
These mugs are exclusive to The Estate and Mycreativeimages.com and each one purchased can fund 3 cell grown saplings.
Sign up to receive notifications about my visits to the Estate and learn when new products are available that help the Estate and give you a small slice of the Lakes to enjoy at home.
