Herdies – nr Brothers water (October 2021)
Sheep are iconic in the lakes, you cant go far without tripping over one or two and although timid they are bundles of fluffy happiness. I just love seeing the new borns running around bouncing and jumping like they are made out of rubber. The amazing range of different breeds you encounter is enough to turn you into a sheep spotter and the male shep, what studs!
This is an original photograph taken by me on a private estate in Patterdale and is offered here for sale with a percentage of the sale being donated to the estate so they can continue the great work they do in conserving this small slice of English woodland. All my work is tweaked in photoshop, mainly small colour corrections and cropping to the dimensions of the chosen frames, they are printed by me on a professional satin/oyster paper on a Canon Pro-100s using genuine Canon ink (A4 and A3 only), thus ensuring professional quality with lots of colour and quality. Each image is then hand mounted in a purpose made black wooden frame and d-rings are added so that these stunning photographs are received ready to hang on your wall.
It’s time to banish those blank walls and bring a timeless slice of nature into your home to warm the senses and feed your imagination.
The first video below shows actual footage of where I took the photograph. The second is an example of an A3 framed print.
Note anything above A3 is printed by a 3rd Party and print and deivery times vary from 7 to 14 days
